Lucia Gonzalez Perez

  Law degree from the University of Alicante

   Master’s degree in Advocacy and legal practice from the Valencian International University.

   Academic Excellence Award, Faculty of Law, University of Alicante.

   Member of the Qualification Test for the position of Judge, organized by the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain (CGPJ).

   Areas of legal practice: civil law, administrative law, real estate, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, construction, bankruptcy, labor and criminal law.

   Lucia Gonzalez Perez joined Rosmedian-Law in 2018 as the head of the Civil Law Practice. Lucia is a leading consultant in commercial law practice, also specializing in the implementation and legal support of national and international business projects and corporate operations.

   Lucia provides professional comprehensive legal services to individuals and legal entities, finding the best solutions out of court, and, if necessary, protecting the interests of her clients in court. Lucia has a thorough knowledge of the legal legislation and law enforcement practice of Spain and the European Union, which allows her to offer her clients a 360-degree vision of alternatives to resolve cases and provide comprehensive legal assistance.

   Lucia has extensive experience in representing clients in the framework of inspections conducted by the state control authorities including administrative liability in the field of violation of tax laws, customs regulations, traffic code, environmental protection, and others.

   Lucia Gonzalez Perez is also involved in managing and advising major investment projects at the national and international levels, providing investors with comprehensive legal support. Together with other colleagues of the bureau, she accompanied retail projects, including the construction of shopping malls in Spain and took part in legal support of real estate business projects, implementation of innovative IT solutions.
