   Daria Shcherbakova joined Rosmedian — Law in 2011 as the head of the Commercial Law Department and partner of the Bureau. Starting her career at Rosmedian — Law, Daria advised and represented clients in real estate transactions, cross-border commercial relations, and the resolution of disputes in the field of civil and commercial law.

   Having received a Master’s degree in international business law, Daria is currently specializing in legal support of all types of national and international commercial operations. Daria is an expert in legal consulting of companies and entrepreneurs at the national and international levels, both in extrajudicial negotiations and in disputes at all stages of the judicial process.

   Daria Shcherbakova is involved in managing, monitoring, and advising on major national and international investment projects, in particular, with her direct participation were effectively implemented projects of entering Russian and Spanish markets for a number of major international companies.

   Daria provides legal support for a wide range of investment projects, starting with the identification of investment structures and mechanisms, conducting the appropriate Due Diligence process, accompanying the process until the final stages of operations (closing & post-closing). Also, Daria provides legal support for startups and innovative projects, offering comprehensive legal assistance to new entrepreneurs.
